Consistent development

BUILDING BETTER PLAYERS, WEEK BY WEEK

Football development doesn't happen in one session.

Our Term Programs give players the opportunity to train consistently throughout the school term, allowing them to build strong habits and improve week after week.

Sessions are structured so players can continue developing their technique, confidence and understanding of the game while enjoying their football.

Technical development

MORE TIME ON THE BALL

We believe young players develop through spending as much quality time as possible with the ball. Our sessions focus on areas including:

  • Ball mastery
  • First touch
  • Passing and receiving
  • Dribbling
  • 1v1 attacking
  • Finishing
  • Combination play
  • Using both feet

Players are encouraged to be confident on the ball and express themselves.

Game intelligence

LEARNING TO MAKE BETTER DECISIONS

Technical ability is only part of becoming a better footballer. Players also need to understand when, where and why to use their skills.

Through small-sided games and realistic football situations, players develop their awareness, positioning, decision-making and understanding of the game.

LEARN THROUGH PLAY

Football should be enjoyable.

Small-sided games are an important part of our Term Programs because they create more touches, more decisions and more involvement for every player.

Players get opportunities to attack, defend, score goals, solve problems and put the skills they have learned into real game situations.

More than football

CONFIDENCE. TEAMWORK. ENJOYMENT.

Our programs are about developing better footballers while also creating a positive environment for young players. We encourage:

  • Confidence
  • Teamwork
  • Respect
  • Discipline
  • Commitment
  • Enjoyment

Players are encouraged to challenge themselves, make mistakes, learn and keep improving.
