REFUND POLICY

Version 2026-10-03

This policy covers Playmaker Agency holiday camps and term programs. Part A applies to camps and Part B applies to term programs. Part C applies to both.

Part A — Camps

General policy. All camp registrations are considered final. Places are limited and secured upon payment.

Cancellations by participant:

Medical exceptions. In the case of injury or illness (with medical evidence), a credit may be issued at the discretion of Playmaker Agency.

Camp cancellation by Playmaker Agency. If a camp is cancelled due to weather, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive either a full refund or a credit toward future camps.

No-shows. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.

Part B — Term Programs

Term programs are offered as term registrations. A player can join before the term starts or part way through it; when joining mid-term, the player chooses a start date and pays only for the sessions from that date to the end of term. Places are secured upon payment. For refund purposes, each session is valued at the program price divided by the number of sessions in the term (for example, $25 per session for a $250, 10-session term). In this policy, the "first session" means the first session of the player's registration (the start date chosen when registering).

Withdrawal before the first session:

Withdrawal after the first session. No refund is issued once the player's first session has taken place. A credit for the remaining sessions may be offered at the discretion of Playmaker Agency.

Missed sessions. Sessions missed by a participant are not refunded. Please let us know if your child cannot attend. Where another suitable Playmaker Agency session has space, we may be able to offer a make-up session, subject to availability.

Sessions cancelled by Playmaker Agency. If a session is cancelled because of unsafe weather, venue issues, or other circumstances, we will contact parents and offer a replacement session. If no replacement session can be offered, the participant will receive a credit or refund for the value of that session.

Program cancellation by Playmaker Agency. If a term program is cancelled (for example, due to insufficient numbers), participants will receive a refund for every session not yet delivered.

Medical exceptions. In the case of injury or illness that prevents further participation (with medical evidence), a credit for the remaining sessions may be issued at the discretion of Playmaker Agency.

Free trial sessions. Free trial sessions carry no fee, so no refund applies.

Part C — All Programs

Uniforms. Uniform purchases (including additional camp kits and the term program uniform package) are refundable until the uniform has been ordered or handed over. Once ordered or handed over, uniforms are non-refundable.

Transfers. With approval, a registration may be transferred to another participant, or for term programs to another group or location where space is available.

Your rights. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
