REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy

All registrations are considered final. Places are limited and secured upon payment.

2. Cancellations by Participant

• More than 14 days before camp: full refund minus $25 admin fee
• 7–14 days before camp: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before camp: no refund

3. Medical Exceptions

In the case of injury or illness (with medical evidence), a credit may be issued at the discretion of Playmaker Agency.

4. Camp Cancellation by Playmaker Agency

If a camp is cancelled due to weather, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive either:

• a full refund, or
• a credit toward future camps.

5. No-Shows

No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.

6. Transfers

Registrations may be transferred to another participant upon approval.
